We use it to schedule and manage your appointments, send confirmations and reminders, provide your services, process payments, improve your experience, and respond to your questions. With your permission, we may send occasional promotions or updates.
Payments and card on file
We ask for a credit card to reserve appointments with the Halo Team. Your card isn't charged when you book. Payments are handled securely by Vagaro/our payment processor, and we do not store your full card number on our own systems.
Text and email messages
By providing your phone number and email, you agree to receive appointment confirmations and reminders and optional salon promotions. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP to a text or using the unsubscribe link in the email. Message and data rates may apply.
Who we share information with
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our online booking and payment platform, Vagaro, and when required by law.
Independent stylists
Halo is a hybrid salon. Independent stylists run their own business and manage their own bookings and guest information, so their handling of your information is governed by their own policies.
Your choices
You can ask to view, update, or delete your information, or stop marketing messages, by contacting us at Halo-HairStudio.com/ 520742-4433. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.
Data Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, though no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Children
Our website is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information online.
